We have an opportunity to obtain digital images of the land survey for Kudritz. These records cover different record books for Kudritz and include just short of 650 pages of interest. Please note that there is little or no genealogical information in these records, but they are very interesting in understanding family and village history.
- Tax payer’s directory (contains street names and house numbers) for 1918
- Tax payer’s directory for 1898
- Table with names of the parts of the village and various places within village limits – 1898
- List of lots and owners – 1877
The total size of the documents to be purchased is about 650 pages at a cost of approximately $950 US. We are looking for people interested in purchasing these documents to split the cost. Those who participate will receive a copy on DVD or CD. Kudritz.org will also share in the cost if enough people are interested to bring the cost down, in which case the records will be published on the site, as well.
